JamiexKevin Fanfic - Dancing into Love

Okay so I have to tell you guy's about my newest obsession. Kevin x Jamie is the cutest ship I've probably seen in the SU Fandom, like I'm seriously addicted.... I made a short fic of them based on this artwork made. I freaking love it!!!! I hope she doesn't get mad that I based it off of it without permission though.... I seriously love this ship...(Like I may make this into a series...:/)

The story starts off with Jamie, Steven, and Connie at one of Sour Cream’s raves. Disco lights and techno music fill the room as everyone dances on the floor.

“Oh c’mon Jamie! Why don’t you try dancing just a little bit?” Steven tries to convince Jamie to dance with Connie and him but he just shakes his head as a drop of sweat drips down his forehead and his legs start to shake at the thought of him dancing.

“N N Noo…I shouldn't have come. I’m no good at stuff like this Ste…Steven…”

“But you’re an actor!! You have to do stuff like this all the time!!!”

“It’s different!! When I’m on the stage I become a different person as if the theatre and I merge into one and feed of each other’s energy” Jamie raises his hand up to the sky and looks dramatically into the distance.

Connie nodded understandingly.

“Steven, we shouldn’t pressure him into dancing if he doesn’t want to. I get what it’s like to be nervous in front of others…”

Steven sighed and solemnly nodded in agreement.

“Fine…Jamie if you still want to join us we’ll be over by dj booth…”

Steven and Connie ran over to the booth as Sour Cream threw glow sticks and candy at the two kids.

Jamie sulked over to the exit.

“Auditions. Performances. I’ve done all of it. Ugg Why’d it have to be dancing…?” Jamie started to walk out of the exit but stopped when he heard someone behind him.

“Hey Cutie.”

Jamie turned around to see a man wearing a brown jacket staring at him with a very flirtatious look on his face.

Jamie looked to his left and them to his right looking for a girl but they were the only two in that section of the party.

His face began to become red and sweat started to begin at his forehead as he shakily pointed to himself.

The man nodded smugly as he walked towards Jamie and put his arm around him.

“I’m Kevin…and you arree…?” His voice rolled into Jamie’s ear like silk.

Jamie began to stutter and stammer as his face grew redder by the second.

“I. I. I’m…Jamie….” He managed to say but his face still full of anxiousness at what Kevin was going to say next.

“Jamie huh? Such a heavenly name for an angel like yourself…” Kevin’s mouth was now dangerously close to his ear.

“Uh..Umm” Jamie’s word could only find a way out of his mouth as mumbling and bead of sweat dripped down his face.

Kevin pulled Jamie closer into him.

“So what’s a cutie like yourself doing here? It’s almost as if destiny brought us together…” He whispered into Jamie’s ear and let his last word roll of his tongue.

“Uhh Uh Umm” Jamie quickly pointed into the direction of Connie and Steven who were doing the cabbage patch on the dance floor.

Kevin looked at them with fear as he clenched his teeth as if remembering painful memories.

He turned his attention back to Jamie who was still shaking in his mailman uniform.

“Nevermind, it doesn’t matter why you’re here. What matters now is that you’re here with me now…”

He quickly hovered over Jamie as he grabbed one of his hands and interlocked it with Jamie’s supporting Jamie’s back with his other. He moved his face until they were eye to eye.

“Hey Baby, How about you and I have a little dance together…?” He smirked seductively at Jamie still holding him tight to his body.

Jamie lost all of the air in his lungs and his face was now drenched in sweat and was red as red could get.

“Uh-uh I’m more of an a-actor th-than a d-dancer…really…” He tried to release Kevin’s grip but Kevin just pulled Jamie in tighter until his mouth was practically in Jamie’s ear.

“Hmmm…Well I guess I’ll just have to give you some private lessons…”

Jamie face burned in an intense blaze of crimson as Kevin pulled their faces together.

Suddenly a single spotlight shined on the both of them and they looked around to see everyone staring at them intently with grins on their faces, Steven and Connie’s were no doubt the biggest.

“Oh my God!!!!” Jamie ran out of Kevin’s grip and out of the building with haste.

He ran over to a large rock and curled up into the fetal position, rocking back and forth.

He repeatedly mumbled “Oh my god” as he thought of what would have happened next if they weren’t interrupted.

He then felt a hand on his head and looked up to see Kevin with reaching his hand out for him to grab it.

Jamie slowly grabbed it and stood up with a huge blush on his face.

Kevin looked at Jamie with his arms crossed.

“If you didn’t want to dance that badly, you could’ve just told me…”

“I did!!! And it’s not that I didn’t want to dance with you. Everyone was just watching….”

Kevin shrugged and grabbed Jamie’s hand.

“Let them. We’re angels living in a world full of commoners. Let them worship us.”

Jamie blushed.

“Was that from a play?” Jamie said hopefully.

“Uhhh suurrree”

Kevin pulled Jamie towards the party but stopped suddenly.

“I almost forgot…” He grabbed Jamie’s face and closed his eyes as he pulled their faces closer.

Jamie blushed but started to move his lips closer to Kevin’s.

“Smooch”

Kevin lips pressed against Jamie’s cheek. He moved away and smirked at Jamie who had his lips puckered as if expecting something else.

Jamie looked at Kevin with confusion and a huge blush on his face.

“Expecting something else…?”

“No!!!! Let’s just go back to the party already!!!!”

Jamie swiftly grabbed Kevin’s hand as they walked back into the rave hands interlocked with each other’s.
